Learning and support

High potential and gifted education

At Warrawee PS, we recognise that some students learn more quickly or shine in areas such as creativity, leadership, or sport, and we nurture these strengths through tailored lessons and activities that help advanced learners grow and thrive.

Wellbeing

At Warrawee PS, student wellbeing and learning go hand in hand. We want every student to feel safe, included and ready to learn. Whether your child needs help with their mental, emotional, social or physical wellbeing, we are here to help them thrive at school and in daily life.

Support Unit

Warrawee PS offers 3 support classes for students on the austism spectrum and with moderate intellectual disabilities. These classes offer tailored learning and support whilst integrating students into many school activities.

Positive behaviour for learning

At our school, we use Positive Behaviour for Learning – a whole-school approach for creating a positive, safe and supportive school climate where students can learn and develop. Our whole school community works together to establish expected behaviours and teach them to all students.

Student health and safety

We are committed to ensuring a safe and happy environment for your child.
